Incomplete Address

Problem

An address that is highlighted in red is missing the street address, city, state, or zip code. It cannot be selected when sending content.

Solution

Do either or both solutions.

• Preferred: Correct the address in the source system A State of Minnesota computer system. Includes MAXIS, PRISM, MMIS, SSIS, SMI. Excludes METS.. The change takes up to 2 days to sync with ECF.

• Alternate: Open the Enter Other Address drawer, and enter the recipient’s name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Note: The address is not stored in ECF for reuse.
