Known Issues Log
Following are known issues and workarounds in ECF Next release 24.3.

If the missing content was submitted to ECF from a Service Center drop box, the drop box location does not appear on the sidebar menu. If no batch ID was provided for a content item already in the case, the Imaging Operations staff may need to contact the worker who submitted the missing content report to determine the drop box location.

After you change how content was submitted on the Report Missing Content form, the Submit Report button is not available.
Workaround: Click the Cancel Report button and start over.

If a worker communication notification containing a blue LiveCycle form is opened with a notification containing a document with any other file format (examples: red LiveCycle, PDF, TIFF), the other document opens, but the blue LiveCycle form is blank.
Workarounds: Do one of the following.
- Resize the page.
- Double-click the content viewer.
- Press F12.

- Creating a subscription to a PRISM, MAXIS, METS, or SSIS case requires at least one case-based content item in the case file.
- Creating a subscription to an SMI case requires at least one person-based content item in the person file.

If you need to rescan content, reindex content, or locate missing content, see Rescan, Reindex, or Locate Missing Content Requests. The workflow is temporary while we work on a permanent solution for a future release.

- When adding or changing the content type and saving for later, the incorrect drawer may open when the mystery item is re-opened.
- Workaround: When you are ready to add a case ID or person ID, remove the content type and select it again.

Workaround: On the Select Content page, you can view the file sizes in the content manifest.

For some case types, the name of the person associated with a content item does not appear with the content item in the content manifest.

- In the Recent Actions table on the My ECF page, the Name and ID # fields are blank when a system action occurs or when an action is taken on the My ECF page.
- Workaround: Below the Recent Actions table, click the See More button to see action details. The full page includes the content Title or Type, which you can use to determine which case or person the action was taken on.
