Person File
The person file shows person details and person content for the selected person. The information is from the state’s source systems A State of Minnesota computer system. Includes MAXIS, PRISM, MMIS, SSIS, SMI. Excludes METS., except METS.
To navigate the person file, use the sidebar menu.
To hide or show the sidebar menu, click the arrow at the top of the menu.

The yellow subheader at the top of the page shows the person’s name, Social Security Number, person identifiers, age, date of birth, and language (if not English).
To view the complete Social Security Number, click the eye icon.

The Cases page displays all of the person’s cases that you have access to view. The cases are grouped by program.
- To collapse or expand one program, click the arrow at the right end of the program header.
- To collapse or expand all programs, click the Collapse All or Expand All link.
- To view the Case Content page for a case, click the number in the Case ID column.

To re-sort the cases within a program, click a column header. To reverse the order, click the column header again.

The Person Details page displays up to five of the person’s current addresses, authorized representative (MAXIS only), additional identifiers, and language detail.
To re-sort the addresses, click a column header. To reverse the order, click the column header again.
To view past addresses, click Address History on the sidebar menu.
Some person information is incorrect. How do I correct it?
ECF Next receives person detail information from the state’s source systems. Correct the information in the appropriate system.

The Address History page displays all of the current and past addresses that are associated with the person or the person's cases.
To re-sort the addresses, click a column header. To reverse the order, click the column header again.

The Health Coverage page displays health coverage detail. The Health Coverage menu item is only displayed if you have the SMI role to view MMIS information. See Worker Roles and User Information.

The Parentage and Birth page displays recognition of parentage (ROP) detail and birth certificate detail. The Parentage and Birth menu item is only displayed if you have the SMI role to view PRISM information. See Worker Roles and User Information.

The Person Content page displays person-related documents and media (examples: audio files, video files, images). See Content List.
