Notifications

Bug Fixes

Send Content - Encrypted Email: Cannot send to an email address with more than 254 characters.
- Send Content - Mail: Nine-digit ZIP codes (example: 55487-0181) are listed without hyphens for SSIS and PRISM.
- Notifications: List fails to load when a notification is associated with a worker who is no longer a Hennepin County employee.

Case Notifications: Notifications display for case IDs that contain the same string of numbers as the case ID being viewed. For example, if you are viewing case notifications for MAXIS case 1234, case notifications also display for other cases with case numbers containing 1234 (examples, PRISM case 00123456789 or SSIS case 986501234).

- Modify Content Properties & Upload Content: Only 50 characters can be entered in the Title field, even though the maximum is 100 characters.
- Send Content: Cannot sort list by person/case column when My Favorites, My Work Area, or All is selected from Show Content From filter.

Bug Fixes
- SSIS notifications are no longer generated for closed cases and previous SSIS primary workers.
- Send Content and Create Form from Template: The prefilled, or populated, data is now the same in both ECF Next and Legacy ECF.
- Send Content: The Mail send method no longer fails for cases with multiple clients who have multiple addresses.
- Upload Content: You can now choose content types that do not have templates (example: driver’s license).
